Can I try Premium before committing?
Yes. Your first Premium or Family subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
What happens when I hit my daily free limit?
Your 5 free AI questions reset at midnight each day, in your own time zone. You can still browse all articles and videos without any limits.
Do emergency questions count against my limit?
Never. Emergency-flagged questions are always free, regardless of your plan. Your pet's safety comes first.
What's the difference between Premium and Family?
Family includes everything in Premium and adds household access for up to 5 people — so every member of your household gets their own sign-in and their own unlimited AI access. Both plans save unlimited pet profiles, and both include a 7-day free trial.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Premium access through the end of your billing period.
Is the AI a replacement for my veterinarian?
No. Dr. Rosie provides evidence-based educational information only. Always consult your veterinarian for your pet's specific health needs.
What does CE cost?
Nothing right now. CE is free while we build the catalog: join RosaCE from the CE portal with your Dr. Rosie account to get courses, progress tracking, badges and learning paths at no charge. Paid plans start once credit-bearing courses launch. RosaPet plans don't include CE. Practice Teams remains the clinic billing option for practices that want shared member management, required-course assignment and compliance visibility across a roster.
What clinical tools are included with VetTools?
VetTools includes a drug interaction checker with N×N matrix view, dosage calculator with species and breed adjustments, breed-specific risk profiler with screening timelines, a toxicology engine with treatment protocols, fluid therapy calculator, and a unified patient workspace where all tools operate on the same patient context simultaneously. Free accounts get the chocolate toxicity calculator plus 5 VetTools lookups per day — each interaction check, dose calculation, toxin assessment or Toxin Detective search counts as one. Every paid plan has unlimited lookups.
